FAQs - Customer Services

What are the services I can request from customer care?
  Though Religare has taken utmost care that all required reports and trackers should be available online to customer to track his account credentials, trade summary, request tracking status etc. however at times you may require our help to assist you further.

We are available from 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM from Monday to Friday & 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Saturday to serve your any of the below queries:
  • Queries related to your trading account, depository account
  • Status of your requests for change of address, mobile, e-mail, reactivation
  • Your holding status, your margin position, your trade position
  • Any other query, grievance related to your trading/ depository account.
Note: Services of the desk is not available on national holidays, exchange holidays & Sundays.
