What is the role of Service Branch & Relationship Manager (Dealing Person)?
  Service branch & relationship manager (your dealing person) are required to support the registered clients in their trading & investment needs. They are also required to place order on client request on trading terminal, inform margin/ ledger / position details, receive & deposit payment instruments, executing payout request for stock & fund withdrawals, dematerialization of securities, account maintenance, margin monitoring, margin calls and update their customers about company’s other bi-products as well.
How can I know my Service Branch and Relationship Manager (Dealing Person) details?
  You can refer to the profile sheet given to you with welcome kit at the time of account opening for the same.
What will happen to my account if Religare close its branch?
  Religare is currently present at more than 1400 locations and ensure customer convenience in case of any shifting of location to ensure their services, thus before any such branch shifting you will be pre-informed by Religare for availing services from the nearest location.

Moreover, the dedicated customer care runs from 8 AM to 8 PM to serve to the customer’s needs and requirement and ensure deliveries within minimum time frame.
Can I change my Relationship Manager (Dealing Person)?
  Religare has a dedicated customer care helpdesk wherein client may register their grievances, if any.
In case you have any grievance with the Relationship Manager (Dealing Person) you can write to us at wecare@religareonline.com . Our Customer care will approach to relevant branch/dealer/associated person with an intimation to his superior and resolve the grievances amicably.
Can I change my Branch?
  In case you wish to shift/ change your branch may be due to location shifting or any other reason you can mark your request to wecare@religareonline.com .
