Amal Q4 net profit jumps 63.94% at Rs 3.41 cr

The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.41 crore for the quarter ended March 31 2019 as compared to Rs 2.08 crore in the same period last year registering a year-on-year growth of 63.94 per cent.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 23.47 per cent at Rs 10.89 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.82 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter operating expenses increased by 0.65 per cent to Rs 6.20 crore from Rs 6.16 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 53.85 per cent at Rs 0.20 crore versus (Mar`18 Rs 0.13 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 75.94 per cent to Rs 4.68 crore as against Rs 2.66 crore in the year ago period while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) expanded year-on-year to 42.46 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 3.23 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.60 crore while Taxation increased by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.67 crore (Mar`18 Rs 0.00 crore).
