VXL Instrument posts Q4 net profit of Rs 1.65 cr

The company reported standalone net profit during the quarter stood at Rs 1.65 crore compared to net loss of Rs 0.53 crore in the previous year quarter.

Net revenue of the company rose substantially by 84.75 per cent at Rs 15.02 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 8.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.

During January-March quarter operating expenses increased by 57.16 per cent to Rs 13.28 crore from Rs 8.45 crore in year ago period.

Other Income grew by 66.67 per cent at Rs 0.10 crore versus (Mar'17 Rs 0.06 crore).

Operating Profit surged by 643.75 per cent to Rs 1.74 crore as against Rs -0.32 crore in the year ago period while Operating Profit Margin (OPM) contracted year-on-year to 394.42 per cent in March quarter.

Interest declined by 27.78 per cent y-o-y to Rs 0.13 crore
