After the recent highs, profit booking at the higher levels brought some dips to the rising rates for most Agri Commodities even as Fundamentals remained strong. With truckers’ strike getting over, supplies improved in the mandis, thus pressurizing prices to some extent.
· The downtrend seems limited however as rising export and Festive season domestic demand amidst falling stocks and lower production reports kept supporting the prices. Traders anticipate moderate uptrend can be witnessed this week with intermittent corrections.
· No strong upside movement had been observed for Spices and Guar due to lack of exports. But with export demand likely to rise in coming weeks, further fall may be limited
