For H1 FY16, in value term, Emami’s Navratna cooling oil brand grew by 10%, talc grew by 6%, balm grew by 13%, Fair & Handsome (F&H) grew by 15%, Boro Plus creams grew by 16%, Zandu portfolio grew by 37%. The company's volume market-share of Navratna cooling oil has increased by 560 bps to 73.2%. Balm, Fair & Handsome and Boro plus cream maintained their market-share at 55.7%, 70.5% & 62% respectively.

  • Kesh King sales lower in Q2 vs last year run rate because of heavy stocking by early distributors. The company expects this year to be better for Kesh King and expects a sales of Rs 330 crore for FY17.
  • There is price hike of 3-4% on annualized basis in last 12 months. The company expects better OPM in Q3 on back of price hike, Kesh King and fall in raw material cost.
