ONGC and Oil India Ltd will buy Videocon Industries' 10% stake in a giant Mozambique gas field for $2.47 billion. The acquisition of the stake in Mozambique's offshore Area 1, which may hold as much as 65 Trillion cubic feet (Tcf) of gas resources, will be done via the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) jointly owned by co & OVL.

Tech Mahindra completed the merger of its unit Satyam Computer Services with itself, making it the No 5 Indian IT services provider.

Crompton Greaves’ board will meet on Friday, 28 June 2013, to consider a proposal to buy back shares.

Gitanjali Gems Ltd continued to be locked in lower circuit for the second day running with the stock losing Rs 81.05 or 20% to Rs 320.75 on NSE.
