Juniper Hotels is set to debut on the Indian stock market through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Rs. 1,800.00 crores, offering 5 crore shares. The IPO price band is Rs. 342 to Rs. 360 per share.

Juniper Hotels Limited, established in September 1985, is a luxury hotel development and ownership company. By September 30, 2023, the company had seven hotels and serviced apartments, totaling 1,836 rooms, across Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Raipur, and Hampi.

These properties span the luxury, upper upscale, and upscale categories. Notably, Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences is India's largest luxury hotel, while Hyatt Regency Lucknow and Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad are the biggest upper upscale hotels in their respective markets.

With co-owners Saraf Hotels Ltd and Two Seas Holdings Ltd, an affiliate of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, the company has formed a strategic partnership that blends hotel development with international hospitality expertise.
