Plaza Wires Ltd IPO

Plaza Wires is engaged in the business of manufacturing and selling of wires, and selling and marketing of LT aluminium cables and fast moving electrical goods under the flagship brand "PLAZA CABLES" and home brands such as "Action Wires" and "PCG".

According to its DRHP, the stake sale will entirely consist of the issuance of 1,64,52,000 fresh equity shares, with a face value of Rs 10 each.

The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds towards –

  1. Funding the capital expenditure towards setting up of a new manufacturing unit for house wires, fire-resistant wires & cables, aluminum cables and solar cables to expand product portfolio
  2. Funding the working capital requirements of the company
  3. General corporate purposes
