How to check if the POA or DDPI is active or inactive for an account?

Dynami:

Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to Menu and select My Profile.
Step 3: StepHere, click on Edit Profile and you can update/ check status of POA/DDPI.

Web Portal:

Step 1: Log in to your account.
Step 2: Go to My Account and select Account Details- Update profile.
Step 3: Click on Update Profile to check/update POA/DDPI status
