How do I Login?

Leap Portal:

Step-1 Visit https://leap.religareonline.com/Leap/login

Step-2 Enter your user ID and password.

Step-3 Click on Proceed to Login.

Step-4 Enter OTP received on your registered mobile number and email id.

Step-5 Please read the risk disclosure and accept it, to login.

Leap App:

Step-1 Open Leap app on your phone.

Step-2 Enter user id and password.

Step-3 Click on Login.

Step-4 Enter OTP received on your mobile number and email id.

Step-5 Please read the risk disclosure and accept it to login.

How to change/reset the password?

Leap Portal

Step-1 Click on Profile icon at the upper right hand side.

Step-2 Click on Change Password.

Step-3 Enter current password, followed by new password and confirm it.

Step-4 Click on Submit button.

Step-5 Enter user id and new password to login.

OR

Step-1 Go to https://leap.religareonline.com/Leap/login and click on Forgot Password on login form.

Step-2 Enter registered email id and mobile number.

Step-3 Click on Submit button.

Step-4 Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number & email id.

Step-5 Set new password & confirm.

Leap App:-

Step-1 Open Leap app.

Step-2 Enter user id.

Step-3 Click on Forgot Password.

Step-4 Enter new password to reset.

Step-5 Enter the OTP received on your mobile number and email address.

Step-6 Set your new password & confirm.

What is 2FA security?

Leap Portal 2FA is a Two-Factor Authentication and sometimes also referred as two step authentication. In Leap Portal, first factor authentication is completed as you fill in your User ID & password and the second factor authentication is OTP (one time password) that you receive on your registered email/ mobile number.

Leap App 2FA is two-factor authentication and sometimes also referred as two step authentication. On leap app, 2FA is available with OTP, Face unlock and Fingerprint verification.

I do not have my User ID? What should I do to login?

Leap Portal

Step-1 Open Leap app.

Step-2 Click forgot user id on login page.

Step-3 Enter your PAN Number & Dare Of Birth.

Step-4 Click on verify.

How to setup 2FA security to login?

Leap Portal Only one time password is available as 2FA Security for log in.

Leap App

Step-1 Open Leap app.

Step-2 Click on side navigation at the upper left corner.

Step-3 Go to Settings.

Step-4 Click on Security Settings.

Step-5 Enable Fingerprint/Face id and Submit.

Step-6 Enter OTP received on your mobile number/ email & verify

I don’t have access to the email id and mobile number registered with Religare. What can I do to login?

Leap Portal Connect with the branch to update the mobile number or email id offline. Check the nearest branch here: https://www.religareonline.com/branch Or You can call on the helpline number 18602588888 for customer support.

What is MPIN?

Leap Portal MPIN is used for easy access to your account without entering the ID & Password every time. MPIN consists of a 4 digit PIN that can be used for logging in into your Religare account.

Leap app MPIN is used for two factor authentication which enhances your account’s security. MPIN consists of a 4 digit PIN that can be used for logging in into your Religare account.

How can I enable MPIN?

Leap Portal:

When a new user logs in on leap application, he'll receive an option to set MPIN.

Leap app:

When a new user logs in on the leap app, they receive an option to set MPIN.

How can I enable Fingerprint for Logging in to my Religare Dynami/Leap App?

Leap app

Step-1 Open Leap app.

Step-2 Click on side navigation at the upper left corner.

Step-3 Click on Settings.

Step-4 Choose Security Settings.

Step-5 Enable Fingerprint/ Face id & Submit.

Step-6 Enter OTP received on your mobile number & email address and verify it.

How can I change MPIN?

Leap app

Step-1 Open Leap app.

Step-2 Click on side navigation at the upper left corner.

Step-3 Click on Settings.

Step-4 Choose Security Settings.

Step-5 Click on Change MPIN.

Step-6 Enter old MPIN, followed by new MPIN and then verify.
