IPO Timeline
About Alpine Texworld IPO
Incorporated in February 2016, Alpine Texworld Limited commenced production in April 2017 with its weaving unit and sizing plant at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The company initially installed 48 high-speed Toyota Shuttleless airjet looms, which was expanded to 112 looms by August 2018 to enhance production capacity and operational efficiency. In March 2025, the company further strengthened its manufacturing capabilities by establishing a spinning unit with four open-end rotor spinning machines at its second manufacturing facility located adjacent to its existing unit. With integrated spinning and weaving capabilities, the company operates as a vertically integrated textile manufacturer, producing yarn and grey fabric. Its manufacturing facilities include production areas, storage facilities, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. The company has also invested in renewable energy by installing an 820 KW rooftop solar plant at its first manufacturing unit and a 5.4 MW ground-mounted solar plant in Banaskantha, Gujarat, reducing dependence on grid power and improving cost efficiency.
