Cube Highways Trust is an Indian infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Cube Highways and Infrastructure V Pte. Ltd., established to acquire, operate, and manage road assets in India. It implements the public-private partnership model in the highways sector in collaboration with central and state governments. Registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India under the Infrastructure Investment Trust Regulations, the Company’s units have been listed on the stock exchanges since April 19, 2023. As of September 30, 2025, the Company operated 27 road assets through its Existing Portfolio Assets, covering 8,754 lane kilometers across 12 states and one union territory. These assets had a weighted average residual concession period of 18.44 years and an Assets Under Management of ₹365,199.18 million, reflecting a 25.23% year-on-year increase. The Company has also recorded a 43% growth in Net Asset Value per Unit since its listing. Its portfolio comprises a balanced mix of toll and annuity-based assets. Upon completion of the proposed Swap Transactions, the Company is expected to expand its portfolio to 31 road assets spanning 9,811 lane kilometers across 13 states and one union territory, further strengthening its position as a leading road infrastructure investment platform in India.
