Pursuant to a business transfer agreement dated January 31, 2025, the Company’s Corporate Promoter, P.N. Gadgil & Sons Limited, executed a strategic disinvestment by transferring its diamond business to the Company through a slump sale. This restructuring established the Company as an independent business entity, enabling it to create a distinct market identity while continuing operations in the diamond jewellery industry.
