It focuses on ultra-fast delivery and operates a network of 1,139 dark stores as of March 31, 2026, offering an average of 46,623 SKUs across categories such as groceries, F&V, electronics, and cosmetics. Its supply chain is supported by automated infrastructure processing around 3.99 million units daily and an in-house technology stack for inventory forecasting, workforce management, and tracking. The platform is enabled by an average of 286,670 active delivery partners, fulfilling approximately 2.33 million orders per day through a gig-economy model and internal delivery management systems. Zepto follows four core service principles rapid delivery, consistent quality, wide assortment, and transparent pricing – which have driven strong user adoption, with ATUs increasing from 10.57 million in FY24 to 47.97 million in FY26.
